2 cups Crushed Biscuits
1 Stick Melted Butter
Pinch Ground Cinnamon
Filling:
2 1/2 cups Curd or Cream Cheese
1 cup Rico Icing Sugar
3 Eggs (well beaten)
2/3 cup Heavy Cream
1/2tsp Vanilla Essence
1 shot Espresso Coffee
Topping:
1/2 cup (1 carton) Sour Cream
1tbsp Rico Icing Sugar
Method
Mix together the cruched biscuits, melted butter and cinnamon powder to form the base. Use an 8'' pan with a removable base.

60grms Unsweetend Chocolate Finely Chopped
1/3 Cup Sugar
3tbs Brown Sugar
2 Cups Half Cream
1 Cup Amaretto
4 Shots Espresso
Steamed Milk
1 Cup Whipped Cream
2tbs Grated Semi Sweet Chocolate
Method:
Add chocolate, sugars and half cream in a sausepan and simmer until chocolate is melted
and sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool. Add Amaretto. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into each
coffee cup. Add 1 shot of espresso to each cup and fill with steamed milk. Top with

57grms Kahlua or Chocolate Syrup
1 Shot Espresso
1 Cup milk
1 Scoop Coffee Ice-Cream
Chocolate Flakes (optional)
Method:
Blend together the Chocolate Syrup, Espresso, Milk and Ice-Cream until smooth.
Sprinkle top with Chocolate Flakes, if desired.
Serve in a tall milkshake glass.

1 oz. Tia Maria
2 oz. Brandy
1 tbs. Brown Sugar
1 small scoop Vanilla Ice-Cream
Method:
Stir together Espresso, Tia Maria, Brandy and Brown Sugar well, until sugar dissolves.
Top up with vanilla ice-cream.
If you wish to serve the Cona Coffee Cup hot, do not chill the espresso.
Top the cup with whipped cream.
