A cooked cheesecake, with the coffee and cheese perfectly blended.


For the base:

2 cups Crushed Biscuits

1 Stick Melted Butter

Pinch Ground Cinnamon


2 1/2 cups Curd or Cream Cheese

1 cup Rico Icing Sugar

3 Eggs (well beaten)

2/3 cup Heavy Cream

1/2tsp Vanilla Essence

1 shot Espresso Coffee


1/2 cup (1 carton) Sour Cream

1tbsp Rico Icing Sugar


Mix together the cruched biscuits, melted butter and cinnamon powder to form the base. Use an 8'' pan with a removable base.


A wonderful drink to sip on a cold winter day.



60grms Semi Sweet Chocolate Finely Chopped

60grms Unsweetend Chocolate Finely Chopped

1/3 Cup Sugar

3tbs Brown Sugar

2 Cups Half Cream

1 Cup Amaretto

4 Shots Espresso

Steamed Milk

1 Cup Whipped Cream

2tbs Grated Semi Sweet Chocolate



Add chocolate, sugars and half cream in a sausepan and simmer until chocolate is melted 

and sugar is dissolved. Leave to cool. Add Amaretto. Pour 1/4 of the mixture into each

coffee cup. Add 1 shot of espresso to each cup and fill with steamed milk. Top with

57grms Kahlua or Chocolate Syrup 

1 Shot Espresso

1 Cup milk

1 Scoop Coffee Ice-Cream

Chocolate Flakes (optional)



Blend together the Chocolate Syrup, Espresso, Milk and Ice-Cream until smooth.

Sprinkle top with Chocolate Flakes, if desired.

Serve in a tall milkshake glass.


Relax and Enjoy!



1 cup Espresso, chilled

1 oz. Tia Maria

2 oz. Brandy

1 tbs. Brown Sugar

1 small scoop Vanilla Ice-Cream



Stir together Espresso, Tia Maria, Brandy and Brown Sugar well, until sugar dissolves.

Top up with vanilla ice-cream.

If  you wish to serve the Cona Coffee Cup hot, do not chill the espresso.

Top the cup with whipped cream.

Sprinkle the top with chocolate powder if desired.

2 oz. raspberry syrup

1 oz. kiwi syrup

1 oz. lime syrup

Cold milk



Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice.

Add espresso and syrups.

Fill glass with cold milk.

Stir to combine flavours.

Add a bit of rum or vodka if desired and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.



Servings: 1 cup

1oz. chocolate syrup

1oz. cherry syrup

In a 12-ounce cup, combine espresso and syrups.

Fill cup with steamed milk and top with foam.

Warm and Satisfying. Enjoy!

1. Fill in a 12-ounce glass with ice.

2. Add espresso and syrups and fill with cold milk.

3. Stir to combine flavours.

1 pint coffee ice-cream

½ cup brandy

½ cup vodka

⅓ cup chocolate / cocoa liqueur

⅓ cup black coffee



1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

2. Pour into cups.

3. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate covered coffee beans or nibbed almonds.

½ cup chilled strong coffee

¼ cup ice cubes

¼ cup milk

1 cup vanilla ice-cream

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Whipped cream 



1.       Use a long glass and fill with ice-cubes.

2.       Combine coffee, milk, ice-cream and chocolate syrup in a blender.

3.       Blend until smooth.

4.       Pour the blended mixture into the glass and decorate with whipped cream.


Just like a caramel apple but without the stick! Enjoy!

  • 1 oz. apple syrup

  • 1 oz. caramel syrup

  • ½ oz. vanilla syrup

  • 2 shots espresso

  • Steamed milk

  • Whipped cream

  • Vanilla powder for garnish


In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso.

Fill cup with steamed milk and top with whipped cream. Dust with vanilla powder.
