When the neighbourhood trick-and-treaters have finished their tricks, relax with one of these!

Ingredients:

1 oz. chocolate syrup

1 oz. orange syrup

1 shot espresso

Steamed milk

Orange-flavour whipped cream

Cocoa powder for garnish

 

Method:

In a 12-ounce cup, combine syrups and espresso.

Fill the cup with steamed milk and garnish with cocoa powder.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup Espresso, chilled

1 oz. Tia Maria

2 oz. Brandy

1 tbs. Brown Sugar

1 small scoop Vanilla Ice-Cream

 

Method:

Stir together Espresso, Tia Maria, Brandy and Brown Sugar well, until sugar dissolves.

Top up with vanilla ice-cream.

If  you wish to serve the Cona Coffee Cup hot, do not chill the espresso.

Top the cup with whipped cream.

Sprinkle the top with chocolate powder if desired.

Enjoy!

2 oz. raspberry syrup

1 oz. kiwi syrup

1 oz. lime syrup

Cold milk

 

Method:

Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice.

Add espresso and syrups.

Fill glass with cold milk.

Stir to combine flavours.

Add a bit of rum or vodka if desired and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

Enjoy!

½ cup vodka

⅓ cup chocolate / cocoa liqueur

⅓ cup black coffee

 

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

2. Pour into cups.

3. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate covered coffee beans or nibbed almonds.

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

3.       Blend until smooth.

4.       Pour the blended mixture into the glass and decorate with whipped cream.
